It leverages AI-powered content generation and student interaction tools to optimize the learning experience. Additionally, the Training Content and Technical Development Manager is responsible for monetizing courses, analyzing student feedback, and making ongoing curriculum enhancements based on learning analytics.
Key Responsibilities & System Capabilities
1. Course Creation & Content Development
- Establish course titles and codes for structured program management.
- Integrate live instructor sessions within self-paced training programs.
- Define course prerequisites, sequences, and pass/fail thresholds.
- Develop and manage course components, including:
- Pages, documents, playlists, and quizzes.
- Audio and video content, including uploads and external links to multimedia resources.
- Surveys for evaluating course content, instructor effectiveness, and student engagement.
2. Establish Student Performance Measurement Metrics
- Establish course structure templates to provide for progressive quizzes leading to module performance tests.
- Define the policy for using built-in AI tools for evaluating student progress and generating report cards for review by Pedagogical Advisors and Training Customers.
3. Course Developer Assignment & Oversight
- Assign and oversee Content Loaders, Content Developers, and Content Approvers to maintain an orderly content creation workflow.
- Ensure quality assurance and structured review processes for course content before deployment.
4. Offering Management & Monetization
- Create and manage training course offerings for both internal use and external clients.
- Establish pricing structures and payment gateways for online course sales.
5. Student Feedback Analysis & Course Improvement
- Use survey results and integrated user feedback tools to monitor course effectiveness.
- Continuously improve content based on real-time student responses and engagement analytics.
