Key Responsibilities & System Capabilities
- Course Content Development & Management
- Create and manage course materials using built-in, AI-enhanced content authoring tools.
- Structure and maintain course modules, ensuring logical progression and alignment with training goals.
- Update content to reflect school standards and educational requirements.
- Utilize built-in AI tools for:
- Generating course content and interactive exercises.
- Generating voice audio
- Marking free-text questions with automated AI feedback.
- Providing students with personalized emotional feedback and encouragement.
- Simulating role-play exercises through AI-driven interactions.
- Answering student questions about content in real-time.
- Develop and Implement Assessment & Feedback Tools
- Develop structured quizzes and performance tests, to measure student learning.
- Implement AI-powered scoring & feedback tools to automate grading and motivate students to meet performance standards.
- Develop scoring grid, protocols and scripts for evaluating candidates for Second Language Evaluation (SLE) or training placement testing.
- Manage Training Asset Creation
- Use the Documents to Create functionality to manage production of audio, image, and video content from training outlines and transcripts
- Content Review and Collaboration
- Collaborate with other LMS users, such as instructors and administrators, to preview and test content effectiveness, getting feedback and corrections from the built-in feedback posting and discussion functionality
