The SLE Contract Manager role is designed to facilitate the management of Second Language Evaluation (SLE) sessions, candidates, and results. This role can be performed by school staff or external government clients, allowing for flexible administration of SLE contracts.
When used by a government client, this role enables direct candidate management, reducing the administrative workload for the school and providing increased convenience and flexibility to the customer. Government clients can add candidates, send invitations for session selection, re-schedule, communicate with candidates through the system, and view evaluation results once posted by the school’s evaluator.
For internal school staff, the SLE Contract Manager is responsible for coordinating evaluations, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. This includes working with government clients and evaluators to ensure smooth operation, accurate billing, and quality assurance in the assessment process.
All SLE session slots are generated through the Training Contract Manager role, ensuring coordinated scheduling across all evaluation sessions. SLE sessions are integrated with regular training sessions, allowing for integrated billing of all sessions.
