They play a crucial role in the effective execution of learning programs, maintaining student engagement, tracking participation, and submitting required session reports.
Instructors work closely with the Activity Manager to ensure all reports are complete, accurate, and properly authorized before billing and payment processing. They are also responsible for student evaluations, student timesheet submissions, and adherence to instructional quality standards.
The LMS provides AI-powered tools to assist in identifying and analyzing complaints in student feedback, and optimizing instructional effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & System Capabilities
- Instructional Delivery & Student Engagement
- Receive assignments and conduct live training sessions online to facilitate interactive learning experiences.
- Provide guidance, explanations, and supplementary materials as needed.
- Review student progress made on self-paced content.
- Review interactions between AI and students to validate AI teacher comments, contributing to conversations by commenting and correcting the AI comments if necessary.
- Use LMS tools to track student participation and engagement.
- Session Reporting & Compliance
- Submit detailed session reports, including attendance, student participation descriptions, and session outcomes.
- Ensure session reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with LMS and contractual guidelines.
- Address any flagged session discrepancies before report finalization.
- Timesheet & Payment Compliance
- Report attendance and session hours promptly to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Confirm all required documentation is completed before submission.
- Address any inconsistencies in reported hours with administrators.
The Enterprise LMS provides Course Instructors with assignment schedules, automated email reminders, session attendance reporting, and student activity and progress journaling, ensuring a structured and effective learning environment for all students.
