The Enterprise LMAiS powers BEVA LMAiS, the Learning Management AI System for Human Teaching, developed with BEVA Learning Institute. It combines AI-powered language learning with expert human coaching to help new immigrants and other language beginners gain the skills, confidence and workplace communication they need to succeed.
Language Training Built Around the Workplace
The Enterprise LMAiS is a complete language training solution designed around the real vocabulary, scenarios and conversations of the workplace. Students learn the phrases, dialogues, narratives and role plays they will actually use on the job.
For each industry, AI creates the program content using about 500 key vocabulary words and authentic work scenarios. Current programs include:

How It Works
1. Self-Paced Study
Students access lessons, vocabulary practice, listening, reading and quizzes anytime, anywhere.
2. AI Language Coach
Students hear phrases, sentences or paragraphs in their choice of voice and speed, then record their own voice and get an instant AI score with phonetic feedback that shows exactly which syllables need work. Their progress is saved as they go. Learn more about the AI Language Coach.
3. Group Coaching Sessions
Weekly online sessions with a live coach, in small groups of up to 5 students. Students choose timeslots from a public schedule and practise conversations and role plays with personalized feedback. With permission, a student’s recorded practice can be used to help the whole group learn.
4. AI-Powered Progress Support
AI analyzes each student’s activity and sends weekly coaching messages, such as: “You seem to have difficulty with the word ‘counter’. Let’s practise it together.”
Keeping Students Motivated
- Set your goals: Students set their own deadlines for module completion and commit to a number of study hours each week.
- Stay on track: AI monitors study time, quiz results and progress, and sends reminders and motivation to keep students moving forward.
- Earn a digital badge: Students who complete the program receive a digital badge and a report card showing their performance and commitment.
- Show employers: The badge and report can be shared with potential employers as proof of language skills and dedication.
